Pro-Football Academy

Based Nationwide, The Largest Coaching Provider in the UK is recruiting!

We operate a ‘player-centred’ approach that delivers coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term.

Location(s):

Thursdays - Powerplay, Watling St, Rochester ME2 3JQ, 5.00pm-7.00pm

Coaching Qualification Level: FA Level 1 Minimum or equivalent

Applicants must hold the following:

  • Sport related degree (desirable)
  • Minimum Level 1 in football coaching
  • At least 2 years experience in football coaching
  • Valid (in-date) Enhanced DBS/Police Check, Safeguarding Children & 1st Aid
  • Effective & efficient communication skills
  • Good organisational skills

Role Description(s):

Academy Head Coach -

  • Management of administrative elements of the academy
  • Management of operational elements of the academy
  • Management of all football related elements of the academy
  • Management of coaching staff
  • Management of equipment
  • Liaise with Pro Football Academy management team on all of the above
  • Maintain the overall high standards of the Academy

Academy Coach -

  • Deliver high quality football sessions in line with 'The PFA Way'
  • Aid the development of the players in line with 'The PFA Way'
  • Attend CPD Events delivered by Head of Academy Coaching
  • Communicate and work effectively with Academy Head Coach

All successful applicant will receive full training & induction, a PFA PUMA Kit, full equipment, and access to weekly sessions from our syllabus.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week

Salary: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
