The Food & Beverage Operations Manager Role:
This is an F&B standards driven role, you will take the lead in defining our food serice standards across the estate, analysing sevice and quality data and compiling detailed action plans for review. Your role will play a key part in maintaining food safety compliance and external auditor communications.
This role is critical to the newly structured commercial operations team and will be instrumental in the delivery of the Wholesome food project. Primarily responsibile for the delivery and installation of food and service standards across the estate. This role will require travel to locations around the UK, and therefore a company car is available as part of the package. You will be completing spot audits and scoring accordingly. You will be key in driving the companies overall Net Promoter Score via our food quality scores.
You will motivate and inspire others in delivering our F&B strategy, supporting our aim to reduce team turnover by ensuring that we have inspiring training and development programmes across all levels, including inductions. As we have extensive growth plans you will play a key part in supporting new openings across the estate as well as CAPEX projects on existing locations.

Our ideal Food & Beverage Operations Manager:
Ideally you will have at least Level 3 Food safety as well as a full UK driving licence. Catering qualifications are desirable but not essential.
You will have 2-3 years Management experience of a substantial F&B operation and ideally have multi-site experience working within a F&B training development role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have commercial awareness and ability to work on own iniatitive prioritising and managing multiple priorities.
