We need someone who takes a hands- on approach to tasks, is totally customer focused and that will consistently deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

You must be able to work during lunchtime hours.

Between 35-48 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that you create a professional impression to customers and Team Members.
• Taking/processing orders.
• To gain full knowledge of the menu and be able to confidently answer questions.
• To carry and clear plates with style.
• To upsell dishes and drinks.
• Gather customer feedback and pass onto the relevant people.
• Ensure all guests are served according to company standards and procedures.
• To ensure correct charges/ bills are raised within your section.
• Unsociable hours, must be able to get to and from work.
