Client Support Administrator - IFA Firm
Up to £22,000 then moving to £24,000 after probation

Our Client has one of the largest and most respected teams of independent financial advisers in the North West and Nationwide. With a large office based on the outskirts of Manchester, our Client today has a team of over fifty wealth specialists, including twenty highly qualified Consultants.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join their Adviser Support Team which consist of 5 individuals supporting 6 advisers each ensuring to deliver the best service to clients. This will be a busy and varied role consisting of;

" Taking ownership of the review cycle from start to finish
" Triggering service cases on our in house system
" Communicating with clients to arrange their annual/6 monthly review
" Preparing valuations in a timely manner
" Attending meetings with advisers where possible
" Taking notes during those meetings to assist with preparing file notes
" Preparing/sending paperwork directly to clients on behalf of your advisers
" Assisting clients with registering to the client portal
" Managing the 'change of adviser' process (Where clients have moved from advisers internally, you will communicate with your teams and providers to ensure the in-house system is updated as well as the platforms)

Candidate will have excellent customer services skills being able to liaise with clients in a professional manner. You will be comfortable working as part of a busy team and be ambitious and dedicated to developing with the evolving financial services industry.
