We are looking for a FBP to join our Finance team in London. Reporting into the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial information, prepare and present analytics, analysis and insight to executive management, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions;
  • Prepare, maintain and analyze financial models and data to give insight to the business and enable sound business planning and decision-making;
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly management reporting requirements;
  • Support the FP&A team with the preparation of the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes;
  • Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure for all the entities;
  • Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables;
  • Challenge current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible;
  • Ad-hoc analysis, research, and reports.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Recognized degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance;
  • 5+ Years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role, preferably in FP&A;
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Tableau knowledge is a plus;
  • A dynamic personality, flexible and committed during busy periods, with a can-do attitude;
  • Have a passion for structure and efficiency required for financial modeling, with the ability to construct logical, Excel-based financial models;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate constructively and effectively within a virtual team environment and with non-finance stakeholders;
  • Creative problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment;
  • Ability to summarize data in clear analyses and presentations;
  • Ethical, discrete with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through;
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
