Stafforce has an exciting opportunity for a Factory Coordinator within a fast paced factory in Stowmarket, IP14.

This is an ongoing opportunity, you will be working with our client Ichiban, one of the UK's largest sushi producers for almost two decades, offering extensive benefits and weekly pay.

Day Shift: 0600hrs to 1800hrs

Night Shift: 1800hrs to 0600hrs

Pay: £11.06 to £13.89 p/hour

Job role

• Leading a team of factory operatives
• Logging attendance for all staff
• Updating relevant reports via, excel, word and email
• Ensuring targets are met and staff are motivated
• Conducting training, reviews and return to work meetings
• Maintaining Health and Safety practices
• Building relationships with the management team and staff
