Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team! As the initial point of contact for our Facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring that facilities services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner, and that all employees have a safe and secure working environment.
As our Facilities Coordinator, you will report to the Regional Workplace Manager and play a key role in supporting our facilities operations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure that all employees have access to the services they need to work efficiently and effectively.
In this exciting role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of security awareness at all times, as well as an in-depth knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet will be essential in responding to any emergency situations that may arise.
You'll be a vital member of our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities services are delivered to the highest standards. With your exceptional communication skills, you'll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues across the organization, ensuring that our facilities services are tailored to their needs.
