We are looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team! As the initial point of contact for our Facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring that facilities services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner, and that all employees have a safe and secure working environment.

As our Facilities Coordinator, you will report to the Regional Workplace Manager and play a key role in supporting our facilities operations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure that all employees have access to the services they need to work efficiently and effectively.

In this exciting role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of security awareness at all times, as well as an in-depth knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet will be essential in responding to any emergency situations that may arise.

You'll be a vital member of our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities services are delivered to the highest standards. • Where applicable, first line management for FM team based on site e.g. cleaners, receptionist, technical assistant. Including supporting Regional Operations Manager with HR processes.
• If site FM lead responsible for Fire Safety Management and attending site HS&E & Security forum meetings
• Liaise with ISS Mobile Maintenance on a regular basis monitoring PPM’s for the site including any reactive maintenance/repair work
• Management of all “Work Orders” input on myMCS including use of Maintenance Contractor Engineers or ISS Technical to carry out the work. Liaise with local customers to ensure satisfaction, and monitor efficiency of response
• Ensure site security procedures are maintained, specifically documents such as the site security incident log, Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Invocation procedures
• Support FM in attaining budgetary targets including cost saving review of suppliers and services, on at least an annual basis
• Management of Royal Mail post – specifically opening incoming post and the issuing/completing special delivery stickers

• Ability to demonstrate good knowledge of facilities services
• Demonstrates a good awareness of H&S Issues
• Flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business
• As a term of employment, the jobholder may be required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with their grade and position in the company
• Complete First Line Manager Certification Programme
• A good team leader and player
