Executive Officer, Customer Service Team
Location: Sheffield office based
Hourly rate: £13.33
Contract: Temporary 12 - month assignment, 37 hours per week Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. You can apply for the role with your CV. This role requires a security clearance that we will process for you if successful.

Brook Street in partnership with the Home Office has a fantastic opportunity to join their existing team of Executive Officers in Sheffield. You will be working within a large casework area, ensuring performance, productivity and quality targets are met as part of the Customer Services Flexible Deployment Team.

Job responsibilities:
" Working within a large case work area, as part of the Customer Services Team
" Part of a team ensuring performance, productivity and quality targets are met
" Expected to deal with varied workstreams which may change in line with deployment priorities
" Working closely with a variety of operational colleagues across the wider operations
" You will be expected to effectively manage case working duties in line with the assigned business area and may deal with high profile cases or wider issues
" You will be required to undertake casework decisions using internal systems

Skills needed:
" Ability to deal with fast-paced changing environments and varied workstreams which may change in line with internal deployment priorities
" You will need to demonstrate stakeholder management skills as you be working closely with a variety of colleagues across wider operations
" Ability to effectively manage case working duties in line with the assigned business area and may deal with high profile cases or wider issues
" You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Be comfortable managing performance, productivity and ensuring targets are met within the team
