Job Description
Procore is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Procore’s Head of Region, EMEA. In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related projects to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of our international sales organisation and the executive leadership team. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
As a successful Executive Assistant, you’ll partner closely with external stakeholders, Procore’s executive administrative staff, and the revenue leadership team to support the EMEA organisation’s increasing demands as Procore continues to scale globally. Use your resourcefulness, organisational skills, flexibility, and effective, proactive approach to identify and solve both current and anticipated challenges for this senior executive.
The position reports to the Vice President and Head of Region, EMEA, and will be based in our London office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately!
