The impact you’ll have:


Reporting into the Chief People Officer our Executive Assistant will be providing support to a team of up to 4 Executives. Including managing calendars to ensure that time is best used throughout the day, preparing documentation and presentations and contributing to the success of loveholidays.

Your day-to-day:

  • Extensive calendar and diary management, coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders, including board, investors, investment banks etc.
  • Managing email inbox and sending responses
  • Provide support for internal communication activities including weekly update email, monthly all-hands
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Preparing briefing notes, presentations and other documents
  • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts
  • Contributing to business projects
  • Attending meetings and recording minutes/actions
  • Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and events

  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology driven business
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines

  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • The ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives
