Worth School is looking to appoint a full-time Events Manager to start as soon as possible. The position provides accommodation at the School. The successful applicant will be operationally responsible for delivering a successful and profitable programme for the letting out of the Worth School site when not in use by the School and to work with the Director of Lettings to maximise the medium-term commercial potential of the School site in a manner consistent with our values.
The successful applicant will lead on all sports facilities hire and assist the Director of Lettings in the marketing of Worth School Lettings in particular updating the WSL website and Social Media accounts. In addition they will work with the Administrative Support (Commercial & Hospitality) to manage the booking of the site for lettings purposes and assist in the delivery of outstanding hospitality to all customers throughout their stay. Other responsibilities will be to work with the Director of Lettings on the preparation of the annual budget and reforecast process and to identify commercial opportunities to increase revenue.
