A Quick Snapshot
As an Enterprise Account Executive with Conga, you’ll have the opportunity to sell mission critical and transformational projects of significant value. You will effectively design and execute territory, account and opportunity plans to maximize revenue within your assigned selling patch, successfully managing sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close to account growth. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, Marketing, Transformation Specialists & customers.

Conga's Enterprise AE's guide prospective and existing customers through their evaluation of our growing solution set. You will design and execute new business, cross-sell and up-sell strategies to drive revenue within the Enterprise segment. You will partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to drive the growth and ensure the success of our customer base.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Proven track record. You have at least 5 years successful B2B technology Enterprise sales experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment preferably in the SaaS industry and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com. You have a consistent track record of over achieving quota and revenue goals.
Drive. You have the ability to successfully leverage resources and take initiative. The most successful Conga reps are the ones who stop at nothing to achieve success no matter the circumstance.
Desire. You are a dynamic, high-performing, and results-driven sales professional.
Communication: You have the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience. You also have superb listening skills and you understand objections and overcome them by turning skeptics into enthusiastic new customers and brand ambassadors.
Strategic Mindset. You will conduct deep discovery, align to multiple decision makers, build meaningful business relationships, develop and grow pipeline, provide value to customers.
