My client is a Tier 1 contractor and one of the largest in the UK servicing the Commercial and Public sectors with a large range of services up and down the country. We are seeking a supervisor based in Ayrshire for a role based in Irvine.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Recognised Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship and must have a minimum of 2 previous years' experience in a similar role carrying out maintenance duties
• Be competent to supervise/undertake/assist/work on the type of building systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought
• Familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken. Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken. Have an adequate knowledge of and within the preceding three years have received training in first aid (including CPR Training). If not held, training will be given.
