You will be involved in all aspects of running a busy Bar/Restaurant with accommodation. We are a food led small hotel that covers all aspects of hospitality. Barista, bar tending, mixologist, waiting, cellar management, party/events planner, social media communications, staff training, till counting, cellar management, stock taking, opening/closing the business. Training will be provided if you do not have experience in all of these areas but at least two years of working in hospitality is required. Most importantly we are a looking for a hard working individual that is passionate about delivering first class service and has a keen eye for detail.
