Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for Drivers to join our Vehicle Solutions team. You will be ensuring the timely delivery and collection of vehicles to customers nationwide daily, whilst maintaining accurate vehicle checks and high standards of vehicle cleanliness.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
To be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all vehicles you drive and to ensure that lights and number plates are clearly visible prior to leaving the company premises each day- To ensure that all vehicles are valeted and roadworthy prior to delivery
- To carry out vehicle inspections on delivery and collection of all vehicles and to complete all the necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain strong working relationships to ensure customer service levels are continually being managed and all drivers kept happy
- Complete hand overs on the mobile APP. Follow instructions on the APP
- To report any fines or penalties issued to you in your position as driver or personal fines that have statutory implications
W
hat do we expect of you?
- Full Driving Licence essential
- Must be able to work on your own initiative and be flexible regarding hours worked
- Must be able to communicate well with others, especially in dealings with customers
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience and dealing with customer deliveries
At certain times we may ask you to participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the Company.
Out of Hours weekly Cover on a rota basis:- Starting on a Saturday at 8am – until the following Saturday at 8am
