We have an excellent opportunity for a registered manger to join a successful and well-established domiciliary care service in Barry.
They are looking for someone to assist in the development and growth of the business, whilst maintaining high standards of person-centred care.
Duties including but not limited to

• You will be accountable for the overall management and quality of care provided by the service.
• You'll ensure that the service operates in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with regulators, clients, social workers and other associated professionals
• Daily management and positive support of the care staff
• Being available to work on call on a rota basis

The ideal candidate

• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role
• Registered to social care Wales
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• QCF level 5 in health and social care
• You will be passionate and driven to be an instrumental part of growing and development of the service
• Strong IT skills
