An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director at Smile Together Dental CIC to support our continuing business growth and development.

Reporting to the Dental Director, this position will suit someone who can provide professional leadership and develop Quality Assurance and Patient Safety frameworks.

This salaried senior leadership role is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Board Director, providing three days per week clinical leadership and practising with us for the other two. Responsibilities will include ensuring that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered across all clinical services. This post holder will be fundamental in driving policy and ensuring that Smile Together demonstrates excellent clinical governance for internal and external parties, whilst helping us steer our business during the next phase of our ambitious growth and development.

• Salary commensurate with a leadership role of this nature (pro rata)
