Job Description

The Digital Experience Manager will be part of the Commercial Operations UK team, based in Maidenhead, and will be responsible for driving the Digital Experience strategy for CSL Seqirus UK, in alignment with agreed business objectives and key strategic imperatives. As the position holder you will work with the UK Commercial team, the US Digital Experience team, I&T Team and external agencies to develop the UK Digital Strategy, managing projects to implement and roll out business applications in the UK and support the development and implementation of CRM application in the UK, including tactical planning and execution.

Duties include: -

  • Provide input to UK Commercial Leadership Team in defining Digital Strategy for CSL Seqirus UK
  • Under guidance of line manager and the UK Commercial Leadership team, drive implementation of CSL Seqirus UK Digital Strategy and manage delivery of agreed projects.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Business Ops, Medical) and I&T application leads to elicit high-level requirements and help capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with global teams (internal and external) specialising in Digital Marketing, User Experience, Software Development and SAP
  • Evaluate business processes, modifying, simplifying, and streamlining where possible, to enhance digital and overall commercial operations
  • Manage Order Management System” roadmap” considering master data management, CSL Seqirus and CSO data integration, SAP, pricing models, reporting and front-end user interface
  • Ensure proposed solution is optimised for business processes and operational models
  • Oversee CSO operating processes and sales tactics to accommodate, leverage and maximise the digital offering
  • Drive future applications launch strategy and tactics, including communications, targeting, training, KPIs and milestones
  • Support implementation of digital content strategy in alignment with omnichannel marketing plans
  • Responsible for prioritizing solution/product backlog
  • Manage back-end process design for customer account management, order and financial information visibility and onboarding support
  • Ensure digital products and activities are compliant, specifically with respect to GDPR and MCC frameworks
  • Strategize future enhancements and feature development for continuous improvement
  • Gain insights from other CSL Seqirus Customer Experience teams to leverage improvements for UK Customer Experience
  • Work with the Digital Experience team, I&T Team and other external agency teams to identify any issues and enhancements required in line with agreed Digital Strategy.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
  • Deliver project on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Depending on the project, independently or with Digital Experience team, determine resource needs.
  • Assist with the development of detailed project plan by working closely with the I&T Project manager
  • Lead the project change management activities if there are changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and third parties
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Ensure all project documentation is delivered as per company standards
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation (examples Intake form, RACI, Business case, QA activities and Results)
  • Review all project documents by team for completeness and accuracy (example requirements, test strategy, architecture diagrams)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: -

  • University degree level in IT, Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience (3-5 years+) in similar role, preferentially in pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Excellent Analytical skill
  • Efficient organisation, time management and prioritisation.
  • Respecting deadlines, accurate task completion (Quality & detail focused)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent People and Project skills; confidence in pushing for urgency and cutting through excuses
  • Agility is key in being successful in this role. Both in project delivery and non-project activities

  • Data integration, API, software development and architecture understanding
  • Understanding of Digital user experience principles
  • Technical familiarity with data – experience with some of the following: BI tools (QV/Domo/Tableau/Power BI)
  • SAP experience (desirable)
