The Role:
The Digital Experience Manager will be working in the Digital Team with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and wider Communications, Brand, Marketing, and Business Development teams to provide oversight of and expertise toward user experience and interface for public-facing digital properties across Eversheds Sutherland’s global operations. The role can be based in either the firm’s Leeds or Birmingham offices; however, consideration in other locations may be given for the right candidate.
In this role you will act as a strategic business partner who is able to demonstrate more than just strong website, mobile, email, UX and design skills, we’re looking for someone who can innovate and put forward ideas that will help change the shape of our digital offering. This role will be accountable for the firm’s portfolio of digital marketing tools, platforms, and properties, as well as both the internal and external user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for the portfolio. Working with the digital team to implement the Eversheds Sutherland digital strategy driving brand awareness and engagement, you will also help position client-centric content for both internal and external use that meets worldwide web accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities:
