Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be working in UK/IT team. Day to day your tasks will include:

- Responsible for all spectrums of software development on Web 3.0, Blockchain, Tokenization and Exchange engines.

- Innovate and build up new Fintech solutions, products and Virutal Assets with the front-line team, clients, and investors.

- Assist / In-charge of system specification, configuration, system testing and user acceptance testing.

- Assist / In-charge Enterprise Data and Network Architecture on project level and corporate level.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering and Information Technology or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in coding, programming and system development.

- Experience in Blockchain infrastructure, Decentralized-Finance (DeFi), tokenization (e.g. ETH ERC20) and Open Banking APIs are mandatory.

- Strong problem-solving ability.

Salary and Compensation:

The working hours will be starting at 4 hours per day, it will be adjusted progressively subject to workloads and performance.

In the first month of service, the basic salary is 800 GBP + (12% - 18%) commissions of net profit per month, (prorated for any period at the commencement or end of employment in the event less than a calendar month) paid on a 12-month basis per year. The basic salary will be progressively with additional 100 GBP to 1300 GBP per month [800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300 GBP] until the end of the 6-month probation period.

The salary review will be conducted at the end of probation and the basic salary shall increase to 1800 GBP per month [if in outstanding grading] or 2300 GBP per month [if in excellent grading] subject to the HR performance and conduct review.

Training Scheme:

  • Full Fintech product training will be provided e.g., Sales, Marketing and Management skills, if applicable.

Next Performance Review:

  • Performance Reviews are set upon the satisfactorily completion at the end of three-month year and end of six-month service.
  • Maximum Compensation is Basic Salary + Maximum MIP Bonus

Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and other Leave Arrangement:

  • Annual Leave: 18 days per annum, subject to the HR policy.
  • Sick Leave: 2 days per month, subject to the HR policy.
  • Other Leave(s): Please refer to the latest HR policy and staff handbook.

Discretionary Staff Share Option Pool

You will be also eligible to participate the Company’s executive share option scheme under the potential Initial Public Offering (IPO) program subject to your performance and Board’s final approval.
