- You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products to customers.
- Manage a team of despatch staff who are responsible for packing, shipping, and tracking orders. Coordinates the day to day activities and the workload of 3 HGV Drivers and 3 Stores Coordinators
- Ensure orders are processed and delivered on time and that the despatch team follows company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Also responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and identifying areas for improvement within the despatch process.
