Our client is a London-based consultancy looking to expand and grow their tight-knit team with a dynamic and team-orientated Project Coordinator. This is an exciting and varied role that will provide you with an opportunity to expand and perfect your skills and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this position, you will take on an analytical role wherein you will investigate the efficiency of projects carried out within the business alongside carrying out various admin duties.

• Supporting a team of Project Managers with project admin
• Ensuring timesheets are collated from the team on a weekly basis
• Running multiple reports from systems to present Project Wins/Loss
• Taking ownership of audits for industry accreditations
• Supporting finance with an array of tasks including invoices and credit notes and generating relevant schedules
• Ad-hoc admin duties when and where necessary assisting with the general running of the office

WHO YOU ARE

This is the perfect role for someone who is naturally organised and analytical. If you enjoy being busy and constantly learning this position is for you!

• Experience using Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
• Strong organisational skills
• Methodical and able to see a task from start to finish.
• Great attention to detail
• Able to complete multiple tasks while under pressure
