Salary: £40,000-£42,000 (rising to £45,000)

As Data Analyst, you will support the Head of Data and Governance in delivering the Society’s data strategy. Some of the ways you will achieve this include:
Working with different parts of the business to identify data needs such as regulatory reporting, MI or control reports.
Developing and producing accurate and high-quality data and reports.
Ensuring excellent data governance, in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Society’s policies and procedures.
We are looking for an analytical individual with excellent attention to detail. If you have the curiosity and confidence, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Highly proficient user of Microsoft packages – especially Excel.
Knowledge and experience of SQL/PL-SQL coding principles and best practice.
Experience of producing and tracking KPI reports.
Experience of developing and supporting reporting processes.
Internal and external customer excellence.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to establish positive working relationships and to influence at all levels.
Experience of working within a regulated environment.
Knowledge of data management in Data Warehouse and reporting systems.
