Job Description

We have a vacancy for a full-time Internal Customer Service & Sales Order Processor, which is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours.

We are looking for dynamic individual who is happy working across several, daily, easy to manage job roles.

Applicants must be able to obtain references from their two previous employers.

Our location is close to Penwortham, PR4.

  • Salary: £8.00 per hour to £10.50 per hour

Your role and responsibilities.

  • Uploading and printing orders to and from software such as Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service ready for warehouse packing.
  • Picking customer orders with diligence. This aspect of the role will only make up a small part of your working day.
  • Packing customer orders with diligence. This aspect of the role will only make up a small part of your working day.
  • Responding to customer emails with professionalism and diligence.
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Processing stock entering the warehouse with diligence.
  • Organising/Housing stock into warehouse locations with diligence.
  • Monitoring stock levels.
  • Processing orders with suppliers.
  • Stock checks when required.
  • Maintaining a clean working environment.

Experience.

  • Experience of the Royal Mail Click and Drop system would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of working with email client software such as Microsoft Outlook would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of Microsoft software i,e Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience of the eBay and Amazon interfaces would be a distinct advantage.

Daily tasks include.

  • Punctual picking and packing of orders.
  • Working to daily set time-frames, in readiness for daily Courier and Royal Mail collections.
  • Organising/Housing stock into warehouse bins and locations with diligence.
  • Processing incoming stock from suppliers onto the internal stock system.
  • Processing orders with suppliers.

Schedule / Working hours.

  • Monday to Friday 08:45am till 17:00pm.
  • 37.5 hour working week.
