Customer Service Administrator
Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator as part of a brand new team within our Telematics division. We offer a bonus scheme as part of the role, along with exceptional opportunities for progression for the right candidate. As this position is new to the business, there is potential for your role to develop and grow.
The role…
The role of Customer Service Administrator is really important to us. You will be responsible for the understanding of the drivers behind customers wishing to close their accounts by analysing and exploring current data on various CRM systems. With the intention to deliver to the wider business reports of how we can retain customers at Radius.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe EuroSales office, Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:00pm.
Salary: £22,000 base salary + bonus
Location: Crewe, CW1 6EG
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm
