Justrite Safety Group is a global manufacturing company specializing in industrial safety products. Our bespoke Italian Safety brand SALL is expanding, and we are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to support our UK operations.


The Role:

Based in our new offices and warehouse located in Stockport's Spark Business Park, this is an exciting new role that will suit a proactive person with some experience in customer service who is also keen to contribute to day-to-day sales activities.

As our Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for creating brand awareness, promoting goods available in our Stockport warehouse, and engaging with potential customers through targeted research. You'll also be responsible for managing stock alongside the Warehouse Manager and providing exceptional customer service to customers across the UK.


Key Responsibilities

As our Sales and Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

    Creating brand awareness and promoting goods available in our Stockport warehouse.
    Engaging with potential customers through targeted research and cold calling.
    Advising customers on product selection and managing stock alongside the Warehouse Manager.
    Providing exceptional customer service to customers across the UK by phone and email.
    Coordinating with our supply chain colleagues in Italy and order dispatch.
    Undertaking visits to sites in UK sales meetings.
    Being the voice of the customer in all day-to-day activities, reporting customer feedback and any issues to senior management.
    Using spreadsheets for data presentation to senior management and creating customer-focused price lists.
    Creating proactive initiatives to streamline order intake and dispatch procedures to maximize customer satisfaction and minimise errors.


Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will be a creative, entrepreneurial individual with:

    Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
    Experience in customer-facing roles and not afraid to engage.
    Experience of using ERP systems.
    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
    Excellent numeracy skills.
    Experience in business-to-business customer service, ideally with a manufacturer/distributor.
    Experience of working with warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis.
    Experience of dealing with freight companies preferred.
