Daily duties:

• Contacting customer to update them about next day delivery.
• Traffic – communicating with drivers
• Dealing with online orders
• Complying with Quality, Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for self and others.
• Providing general administration support
• Managing inbound and outbound calls

Required skills:

• Good level of English both reading and speaking
• Need to have Microsoft package skills
• Highly flexible attitude, committed and willing to carry out varied tasks positively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player but also able to work on your own initiative
