Due to growth of business we have an exciting role based in central Cardiff to work as part of a very busy customer query team.

The role is to manage the responses of queries that come into the query Management system, working alongside and collaboratively with the manager.
- Deal with incoming queries on the internal system
- Allocate queries to the correct colleagues
- Investigate any patterns of query and raise concerns if there is an unexpected pattern
- Review ongoing tickets to ensure movement on resolution
- Assist with reporting on an ad-hoc and regular basis
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong team player, good relationship builder and calm personality
- Good attention to detail and being able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to retain lots of information
