Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be a member of our Property Leadership Team. You'll contribute to the future strategic direction of our place and role model the values of the National Trust. You'll champion 'Everyone Welcome' and 'Make it Happen', working collaboratively across the Property.
You'll manage a team of 2, a Programming and Partnerships Office and a Senior Communications & Marketing Officer.

What you'll be doing:You'll lead our work to engage with new and existing audiences, ensuring we deliver a range of activities that help to tell the story of Anglesey Abbey whilst visitors enjoy a great day out. As an innovator, you'll constantly be looking for new ideas and ways to improve on the last event, ensuring that our offer is fun, exciting and relevant. You'll also think about who isn't visiting us and identify areas of growth for the Property.
