Our Solihull based client Evac+Chair is the original manufacturer and global leader in emergency evacuation chairs for the mobility impaired. Independently tested and proven to be the safest and fastest means of evacuation. Paraid is the leader in innovative medical transfer equipment, to help assist in saving lives in medical situations. The business understands that many patient transfers are extremely challenging, and their aim is to provide solutions which protect patients and clinicians during this critical stage of patient care.


They are looking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their busy Customer Experience Team. The Customer Executive will be responsible for looking after our international customers and providing exceptional customer service.


Key responsibilities:


  • Proactive and reactive customer service and sales communications
  • Process orders with high levels of accuracy
  • Amend and update customer orders as and when required
  • Sending customer order confirmations
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer order fulfilment
  • Supporting the Customer Experience Manager, when required
  • Confirming and booking site surveys, diary management
  • Supporting the export customer service team (i.e. order processing and enquiries) as and when required
  • Handling high volumes of calls
  • Email management
  • Complaint handling and resolution, supported by the Customer Experience Manager
  • Attend and represent the company at exhibitions
  • Any other requirements to meet the needs of the business


About You:


  • Totally customer focused
  • You will be proactive and reactive customer service and sales communications
  • Experience providing management support, desirable
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Experience handling high volumes of calls
  • Be effective in email management
  • Complaint handling and resolution experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • MS Office proficient
  • Educated to GCSE Math’s and English
