As Customer Service Coordinator, based in Leicester, you will be:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for business customers
  • Maintaining external and internal relationships
  • Proactively handling customer claims and complaints
  • Utilising management systems to check shipment statuses, resolving incidents as quickly as possible
