As a Customer Service Advisor, it will be your role to support the team in providing a high level of service to potential customers. My client prides itself on excellent customer care and providing informative, considered responses. As part of a small and friendly team, you will be supported throughout your career and be actively encouraged to develop your skills and expertise. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for:


  • Providing a high-quality service to all customers by telephone, email, and webchat
  • Supporting the team by maintaining customer relationships and administrative support
  • Processing payments, amendments and updating core operating systems

Skills and Experience:


  • Great customer retention and rapport-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Work well as part of a team to support service proposition
  • Be adaptable and able to rise to new challenges
  • Be ambitious and willing to study for professional qualifications, to help you progress your career
