Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-known automotive dealership in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to work in their office in Stafford.
The hiring manager would prefer someone who has worked in a dealership/automotive dealership business, but they are prepared to look at other candidates who have a similar skill set in a different industry.
For the successful Customer Service Advisor our client is offering:
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- Basic salary up to £25,000 per annum (bonuses and commission opportunities will also apply)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Uncapped bonus opportunities
The role - Customer Service Advisor:
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising between internal manufacturing departments
- Sending internal and external emails
- Managing customer expectations
- Completing sales admin paperwork
- Meet and greet customers/check them in
- Communicate effectively with all customers
- Manage the logistics and parking of vehicles on site
- Provide support to the sales team
- Liaise with the parts department on orders and inform customers of availability for fittings
- Obtain vehicle history and input information into the computer system
- Upsell any work and/or accessories
- Answer customer queries regarding prices/process
- Ensure customer requirements and expectations are understood and accurately recorded
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience within the Motor / Dealership Industry - PREFERRED
- Must be computer literate - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent written and oral English skills
