Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
Taking full ownership of customer's queries through to resolution; ensuring each customer has a world class experience. (Customer contact includes inbound calls, live chats, online queries, emails and outbound calls etc).
Collaborate, escalate, and liaise with the global team as required to ensure successful resolution of customer queries
Developing a professional rapport with the customer, identifying and addressing customer's needs and advising them on products and services accordingly
Be commercially aware and identify opportunities to further enhance the relationship with the customer; either delivering these opportunities or sharing with the commercial team as appropriate
Be a representative of the brand; promoting and its products
Building long term relationships with customers
Achieve KPIs (including first contact resolution and customer feedback)
Working collaboratively across the business to ensure resolution of customer queries
The Successful Applicant
As a Customer Service Advisor you will have:
Experience in a customer service call centre environment which includes a proven track record of successfully delivering a world class customer experience
Technical bias - interest in and experience of resolving customer technical queries that are equipment or digital solution orientated
Proactive mindset - desire to add value for the customer that is coupled with the follow-through of a results driven mindset
Investigation and problem solving skill-set
A high level of digital skills - Microsoft Office and digital solutions that are required to deliver a customer experience
Continuous improvement mindset - able to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and evidence of taking accountability for delivering these
Time management and prioritisation skill-set
Professional communication manner (including telephone, emails and other written communication forms)
