We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet and assist customers, manage relationships and handle administrative tasks in our events setting. The right candidate will be efficient, knowledgeable and capable of working with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfil the company's mission and values.
  • Diplomatically resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Analyse systems to find product pricing or availability information for customers.
  • Answer questions from customers.
  • Happy to help people in need of assistance and solve their problems.
