I am currently recruiting for experienced customer service individuals to support my client in Huntingdon. The key responsibilities will include:

• Answer all inbound contact centre calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to online bookings
• To make bookings across all client sites
• Support customers with their enquiries
• Advise customers of all available services
• Maintain department administration

To be successful for the role you should hold previous experience within a customer service role, ideally within a call centre environment, but not essential. Passionate about delivering the best customer service journey and happy to work within a target focused environment.
