Location: Halstead

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000

Summary:

This successful and expanding e-commerce distribution company is looking for a Customer Account Administrator to join their team in Essex. You will need to be a very customer focussed, team player with excellent communication skills and a hands on, can do attitude. Previous experience within customer service is essential and a knowledge of e-commerce and fulfilment operations would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the on-boarding of new clients and establish strong working relationships
  • Upload stock and order spreadsheets to the WMS
  • Deal with carrier management tasks, updating rates and raise any claims
  • Dealing with queries and requests from clients by telephone, email and face to face
  • Assist with warehouse operations when necessary

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce/fulfilment warehouse operations
  • Previous experience with stock systems
  • Knowledge of MS office and web based systems

Ability and willingness to learn new skills
