Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Part Time Credit Controller to join a well-established business based within the South Leeds area. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role assisting with the full end to end credit control process.

The role is working on a part time basis 30 hours a week over 5 days but the client are flexible on times these hours are worked.

You will be responsible for the following:-

  • Reviewing and analysing aged debt and making high volumes of calls to recover monies.
  • Managing multiple ledgers.
  • Preparing monthly ledger reports.
  • Payment handling.
  • Allocating cash.
  • Reconciling accounts.
  • Maintaining relationships with both colleagues and clients.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required including invoice coding and running system reports.
