Introduction

Come and join the Bids and Contracts team as our Administrator!

Key Responsibilities

DUTIES
  • Monitoring a variety of inboxes, tender portals and websites, downloading and distributing documentation.
  • Compile the Bid / No Bid report on a daily basis and updating the bid register.
  • Complete the Due Diligence for all Contractual requirements.
  • Support the bid department with due diligence and help to secure funding for the business with the agreed timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance and deadlines are consistently adhered to.
  • Maintaining and updating a document content library.
  • Updating a list of live and pending tender applications.
  • Contributing to a range of exciting individual projects.
  • Working to deadlines and at pace.
  • Creating a variety of documentation using MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Processing purchase order requests on behalf of the team.
  • General ad hoc Admin duties

  • Business Administration Level 3 qualification
  • Knowledge in all Microsoft Office
