The Continuous Improvement team:
You will be part of a team of internal business improvement consultants that is responsible for developing and delivering schedule, cost, quality and safety improvements that directly impact the dreadnought programme. Providing support in achieving operational excellence across the BAE Submarines business through the delivery and co-ordination of strategically aligned business improvement projects.

Hourly pay 12.00 - 16.00 (Bank Holidays 18.00). Paid mileage 45p per mile. Refer-a-Friend 300. Paid training (Induction, refreshers and e-learning).
