It’s a busy but exciting time as we enter our 75 th anniversary year, and we need someone to help us better engage with our staff and local communities.
Working for Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service is hugely rewarding, with everyone committed to creating a safer Norfolk. This is a role where every day is different, but you’ll be making a real impact in telling our story and supporting the improvement of our staff health and wellbeing agenda.
We need someone to help us by organising our community events and activities, highlighting the great work we do and raising awareness of how the public can stay safe across our great county. Alongside this, the role will be responsible for much of our internal communications and engagement with staff, who are based all over the country.
Working closely with our operational teams, our managers and senior leadership team, we need someone with a passion for equality, diversity and inclusion and who can create fully inclusive face-to-face and digital engagement. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role.
If you’re a great communicator with fresh ideas and an interest in driving forward our EDI agenda, especially in key areas of community engagement and recruitment, this could be the perfect role for you.
