This post is being advertised to address a temporary need for 12 months, however the Trust has made the commitment to offer the successful applicant a permanent contract with the Trust. In the event that the need for this post ends, a suitable alternative post will be offered at the same band. Community Mental Health team in Redcar are looking for a highly motivated Band 6 Community Nurse. This is an exciting time to join the community mental health teams to cover maternity leave within our Memory Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for new or experienced practitioners to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the Redcar & Cleveland locality. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse you will have a genuine interest in collaborative working with people of varying ages and varying needs, including service users, their carers and families.
