Role Requirements:

• Provide practical care, support and encouragement to those who could not otherwise be independent in their own home.
• Undertake domestic, personal and social care tasks to enable people to be as independent as possible.
• Ensure that people receiving care and support are always treated with compassion and dignity and their individual needs are acknowledged and respected.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring Company Policies and Procedures are understood and always followed.
