We are on the lookout for a Clinical Director to join one of the leading Primary Care providers in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area to be a vital element to the senior clinical leadership team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. There may be the prospect to move into a permanent role once the contract has ended. Working alongside the Chief Medical Officer, you be essential to overseeing the clinical team, taking ownership of cross-site decision making, representing the organisation at a senior level to stakeholders, as well as being part of and developing a trusting and tight-knit culture.
Working closely with your operational counterparts in order to facilitate cover across the services and ensuring quality care and standards are met, full training will be provided to support and excel the development of this position and will allow for a predominantly home-based role, with the occasional need to visit the sites based a Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious GP who is keen to progress their career in a substantial and well set-up organisation, with the scope for further development and growth.
