We are looking for a Circular Economy Manager to fill a Permanent opportunity based in Milton Keynes to provide professional circular economy advice and support to enable the Technical Authority, Regions, Functions and Programmes to manage circular economy risks and opportunities in order to improve performance. This includes leading the relevant circular economy strategic workstreams and supporting the business with the management and implementation of circular economy improvement programmes.
The successful applicant will be working within the Environment and Sustainable Development team, within Technical Authority. The E&SD team provide strategic guidance and support across the business and wider industry across the whole of sustainability, including social, weather resilience and climate change, low emissions and biodiversity.

The role of Circular Economy Manager is a multifaceted role in that you will undertake various duties including (but not limited to):
Person Specification
The successful candidate for this role will be required to be/have: -
1. Level 6 qualification in Environment / Sustainability (degree level or equivalent experience)
2. Full member of relevant professional body (e.g., IEMA)
3. Proven experience delivering circular economy projects and programmes across large infrastructure organisations
4. Proven experience of successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders
5. Significant understanding of the legal framework for infrastructure circular economy issues
6. Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
