Experienced Cook / Chef required to manage and run the Morning Breakfast & Lunch / brunch Shift on a day to day basis - Position is Full time and involves preparing and cooking all aspects of our breakfast and brunch menu for our room guests and general walk in customers between the hours of 8-4pm Monday to Saturday and 8-12 Noon on Sundays. Food hygiene certificate required.
This role requires a responsible team player who can work well with others and will take responsibility for this aspect of the business they will directly report to the Head Chef or General Manager on a day to day basis or as required but in the main we are looking for a individual(s) who can make this role there own.
Stock control and dealing with suppliers and deliveries is also a requirement of the role as the candidate will be responsible for seeing in deliveries on mornings for any orders that have been made by the themselves or the Head Chef & General Manager as they occur and safely and professionally storing them away following expected house practices.
Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential as full training and support shall be given for the right candidates with a honest and reliable approach to working as a vital cog in the business catering team and have a excellent attitude to deliver a great guest and customer experience
