Job Description

Care Manager for Marsh Farm Manor

  • Shift: 8am - 5pm
  • 45 hours
  • Salary depending on experience & location

We are recruiting for a Care Manager as part of the homes’ leadership team. You will ensure the delivery of excellent care to Halcyon Care Homes residents, providing strong leadership and supporting the General Manager in ensuring the whole home operates effectively. You will play an active role in maintaining key performance indicators as well as promoting a high standard of individualised care; ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards requirements are met.

You must have the following qualifications

  • NVQ Level / Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 minimum
  • Leadership and Management Award or equivalent
  • Evidence of personal and professional development

We are looking for someone with the following experience

  • Broad experience of managing people, service and quality to achieve performance targets
  • Extensive experience of care delivery within the Care Home environment and must demonstrate a caring/service ethos
  • Experience of managing staff
  • Experience in meeting regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and audit techniques
  • Good understanding of P&L structure and budget management.
