Due to substantial scaling, additional partnerships, and professionalisation of our Growth function, we are now looking for somebody to add more structure, rigor and capability to how we go about developing business.


ABOUT THE GROWTH TEAM

The Growth Team exists to scale Caraffi through lead generation, new business development and performance insights. To achieve that, we drive prospective customers towards 2 key products:


  • Talent[ed]; Caraffi’s 12-week programme to “learn to be a TA Leader”
  • Elevate; Caraffi’s events series for TA Leaders.

Your role would be to pro-actively target new business for Caraffi and all of its products through new business generation activity.


You will:


  • Call all registrants Elevate events series before and after each event
  • Call all prospective Talent[ed] customers
  • Map the UK market of TA Leaders, refreshes quarterly and uses to pro-actively target new prospect customers
  • Map prospect customers who are engaged with Caraffi’s partner organisations and pro-actively targets those with Caraffi products and solutions
  • Pro-actively learn the entire Caraffi product suite to advise new customers on new solutions, often covering multiple service lines
  • Follow the sales process via HubSpot and owns individual new business and performance reporting in line with business requirements
  • Achieve agreed KPIs focused on populating Elevate events and Talent[ed] cohorts
  • Maintain customer relationships and generates long-term business
  • Perform any other job(s) entrusted by the management

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

  • A pro-active, credible and inspiring salesperson with a track record of securing new customers, ideally across complex solutions and service lines
  • Tenacious; identifying, tracking, nurturing and closing every opportunity
  • Passionate about winning and converting new business
  • Always on the front foot. Constantly finding new, innovative ways to engage with target audiences
  • Ambitious and motivated to succeed. Willing to push yourself outside of your comfort zone
  • Values-driven; able to represent the brand to the TA Leadership community
  • A great storyteller and capable of creating compelling sales stories to unlock new customers
  • Knowledgeable in the field of consultancy services and / or solution-based sales
  • Highly organised with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
