Seeking a skilled and motivated Shipbroker to join a strong team in London. As a Shipbroker, you will be responsible for brokering dry bulk vessels in the Handy-Supramax segment, providing our clients with efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the dry bulk market
• Negotiate and execute vessel charters, providing competitive freight rates to our clients
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and ship owners
• Analyze market trends, supply and demand factors, and assess the impact of geopolitical events on the shipping industry
• Provide timely and accurate market intelligence to our clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
• experience in shipbroking in the dry bulk market, preferably in the Handy-Supramax segment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• Willingness to travel as needed
