White Butterfly Bridal is recruiting a Bridal Consultant. If you’re passionate about helping brides find their dream dress, have an incredible experience in our store and seeking out leading designers for our store then we want to hear from you.

You are all about customer experience

As a Bridal Consultant, your focus is on ensuring your customer receives the best level of customer service alongside an incredible bridal experience. That means, listening to their wishes and needs and guiding them towards the perfect choice of dress. You’re willing to participate in Social Media content as well as being dedicated to driving your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork and efficient operations every day.

All of these characteristics are what make you the ideal Bridal Consultant.

Day-to-day Duties

  • Opening and closing the store
  • Ensuring the store is tidied and well presented
  • Unpacking and displaying orders
  • Contacting brides to advise their dresses have arrived in store and booking them in to collect their dress
  • Assisting the owners in buying new stock - travel may be involved but will be paid for by the company
  • Willing to travel 2/3 times per year to London, Barcelona, New York and Rome - other locations may arise during the year
  • Assisting brides in choosing their dream dress
  • Working alongside the owners to ensure the success of the business

In addition, as the Bridal Consultant you are inspiring and performance orientated. You understand the power of excellent customer service and you want to mentor others on how to make an impact. And on top of that, you have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or similar.
  • People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration).
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4-20 per week

Salary: From £10.90 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Work Location: One location
